Signing up is easy! If you are a first-time customer, fill out our Create Account form. Once the account is created, you can begin exploring our great variety of fresh, local and organic groceries.

When you try to check out you will be asked for the rest of your delivery and address information as well as your payment information. Once complete, we will send you a Confirmation email confirming your delivery items and date. Then all that’s left to do is wait for your first order of local food! Remember there is no contract and no obligation and you can order as much or as little as you would like.


How do I get the $10 off by referring friends to shop at Farm to table market online?

After you placed your first order with us, a referral message will pop up, simply refer our website to your friends and receive $10 off on your next purchase after your friend placed their first order with us! please note your referral must be a new user.

Once I have set up my account can I place an order?

Yes, you will be able to shop and complete an order immediately. You can select your items by viewing the various departments and their sub-categories. We also have a search box at the top of the screen to help you find the product you are looking for quickly. Once you have filled your cart with the groceries you would like to order, click Check Out at the top right mini-cart to begin the checkout process. This is where you will select your order delivery preferences, provide your delivery address and choose your payment option.

How do I schedule a delivery?

Once you have completed your order you can proceed through the Checkout and select your specific delivery day and time.

What forms of payment do you accept?

When you go through the online checkout you will be prompted to choose your payment method. We currently only accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express

What happens to my personal information?

Any information that you provide us during registration or any other means is protected and handled with the utmost care and security. It will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.

When will I get my groceries?

During the checkout process you are given the option to select a time slot for delivery. The system will allow for delivery in as little as 3 hours (depending on time slot availability) or in as many as 6 days in advance. 

What if missed delivery?
Any unfulfilled deliveries will be 100% refunded or if you wish we can arrange a re-delivery of your order on another day that we are in your area. If a delivery is missed, you can pick up your delivery at our Yaletown Location. 

Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?

We recommend you to be home to receive it so as to ensure everything arrives and stays fresh. Please note if you are not able to receive at home when our driver arrives, please let us know where you would like us to put your groceries, we strongly recommend the groceries to be received within 30 minutes upon arrival. 

How do I receive my order if I live in an apartment?

1. We can drop off your groceries at lobby with concierge, you will receive a message when we have dropped off your order

2. If you wish us to deliver your groceries at your door, you would need to reply to our driver's notification of estimated time of delivery and provide us with your suite number and buzzer number. 

Can I return goods?

With 100% satisfaction, we are pleased to offer you a 100% Money Back Guarantee on items you are not satisfied with.

Simply return the product to the originating store along with your receipt and the credit card that the order was charged to and we will be pleased to process a full refund to your credit card account.

Please note that delivery drivers are unable to accept or process returns.

How do I know my order has been received?

Once your checkout is successful, we will automatically send you an email to confirm your order information, including the address, phone number, selected delivery day and time, items chosen, and approximate order total (the actual total may vary due to any random weight fresh items in your order) If you do not receive the confirmation email message, please contact our customer service line 778-322-6656.
