Lamb chops is not only a frequent customer on the table in western restaurants, but also a cooking ingredient used by Western housewives. This grilled lamb chop process is more complicated, but the taste has rich layers. Red wine, honey , and rosemary can make the lamb chops more varied.
Ingredients: lamb chops, onion, minced garlic, shredded ginger, red wine, lemon juice, honey, salt, oil, soy sauce, rosemary.
Start Cooking:
1. Wash the lamb chops, soak up the water with paper; put salt on the lamb chops, put them in a container, add onions, ginger, and garlic, and marinate for two hours.
2. Mix the red wine, soy sauce, lemon juice, and honey thoroughly, pour them into a container, sprinkle with rosemary, and marinate them in the refrigerator for more than 24 hours. During the marinating process, turn the lamb chops from time to time to make the sauce evenly tasty.
