Homemade Dried Lemon - Produce Delivery Broadway Vancouver West
What you need:
- Lemon
- Salt
Procedure:
- Rub the lemon skin with salt first
- Soak in salt water for more than 10 minutes
- Dry the water on the surface and cut the lemon into 2-3mm slices. If it is too thin, it will bake easily
- Place the lemon slices on the grilling net
- bake at 80 degrees for about 2 hours (depending on the thickness of the lemon slice)
- The lemon slices can be turned over during baking, which will heat up faster
